The Process

• Passive Lifestyle is when your product is placed in an environment where it will be used. It can include a hand. It does not include a model.
• Active Lifestyle includes your product in an environment where it will be used and includes a model.

Of course! We have worked on thousands of different projects and we always do our best to answer any questions you may have! You are in great hands.

Depending on the photography package you choose, it can take up to 15 business days to complete from the day that your product is delivered to us. If you do need your project completed sooner, we can expedite your project for a fee.

You will need to send your product to our studio in St Petersburg, Florida, USA. After you make your purchase, we will send you a photography brief to complete. On the brief you will be able to detail exactly what you want for every shot.

You have one of three options:

1. We can destroy the product.
2. Ship it back to your preferred address. 
3. We keep the product.

Yes. Our “Astonish Package” does include one model. If you do need a model under the age of 18, you will asked to pay an extra fee.

Yes. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Yes. You own all the photos included in the package. You can purchase additional images that are not included as part of the package.
